1. The travel agency does not accept minors under the age of 18 who do not have full civil capacity to join the tour alone. Minors must be accompanied by adults to join the tour. 2. If there are force majeure factors, the tour guide can adjust the itinerary according to the actual situation. During the tour itinerary, when force majeure (such as earthquakes, landslides, mudslides, heavy snow and rain, hail, or government traffic control, etc.) endangers the personal and property safety of Party A, or unexpected situations that are not caused by Party B, Party B has to adjust or change the itinerary arrangement agreed in the travel contract, it should explain to Party A in advance: if it is indeed impossible to explain in advance due to objective circumstances, it should explain afterwards, and the extra expenses and losses caused by this shall be borne by the tourists. Stopping for water, going to the toilet, after meals, and before getting on the bus are all free time. Please be responsible for your own life and property safety during free time. 4. Tourists must bring valid original documents (ID card, passport, Hong Kong and Macau Pass, Taiwan Compatriot Card, etc.). Children need to bring the original or copy of the household registration booklet; in order to purchase tickets for scenic spots, children under 18 years old or elderly people over 70 years old need to be accompanied by family members under 50 years old and sign a disclaimer. The souvenir and Buddhist cultural product sales points in each scenic area, and the canteens at the rest stops along the way (water points, toilets) are not included in the shopping store range designated by the Tourism Bureau. Local residents sell souvenirs and local specialties. All stores in the form of similar shopping stores in the scenic area are not recommended by our company. Our company is not responsible for the quality of the items purchased by tourists in such similar shopping stores. Please choose carefully according to your own needs.
